Alright, don't lie, you want the NO side. We all do, it looks amazing. Cookies, ice cream, fries, chips, milkshakes, chocolate, all of it. Even I do.
But to loose weight and feel better about yourself, you got to eat healthy!
A few good healthy snacks:
- Any fruit
- Yogurt
- Cheese and crackers
- A fruit smoothie(strictly fruit)
- Carrots
- Salad
- Jello
- A few vegetable chips
- Cheese sticks
- Pumpkin seeds
- Nutrigrain Bar--any flavor! These are great!
- Nature Valley Bars
- Graham Crackers
...there's so many more!
Doesn't that sound good? When you get home from school, instead of devouring the chips, have an apple. It's filling and you'll feel great! Plus you'll be healthy!
Eating healthy doesn't mean changing your diet drastically. If you do, your body will reject it. Eat a little healthier every day. Instead of having pop at dinner, have a cool glass of water or milk. Changing around even at least three snacks will have a impact!
Treat yourself. Have an ice cream now and then, or a small bag of chips. Your body needs the fats too, but more so the protein and nutrition!
Summer is coming! Eating chips will slow you down and make you lazy. Bringing stuff like this to the beach is amazing, I love it. Bring a cooler. Inside, include water bottles, strawberries, crackers, cheese sticks, and maybe even some chocolate.
STARVING YOURSELF IS NOT THE ANSWER! Your body needs food every 3-4 hours, whether it's a meal or something small. If you starve yourself, when you do eat, your body will store that fat and you WILL NOT loose anything or feel better! Plus, it's very un-attractive and not healthy!
